My husband is one who has to think things over but I am more aggressive and it took Abraham and me a little time to convince him that this was the house for us.

Mr Garcia left and went back to his office and went to work on selling us the house and with the help of computers and Abraham we knew before 7:00 PM that this house was to be ours! My husband later in the evening told me that we had done good on the purchase, he was very pleased and that was great coming from him, We were all Happy!

We are from Union City, California, a town near the San Francisco Bay Area. The property we listed is in Evans, Ga. Originally, this property was managed and listed by a local real estate brokerage firm in the Augusta area. After four months of not even one showing, I decided to find help elsewhere. It was then I came across Abraham Garcia of Meybohm Real Estate out of Evans, GA.

Immediately I noticed Abraham’s honesty and professionalism when he said in order to effectively market the house and find a buyer, it will be necessary that we do some work to make it moare appeling to prospective buyers. As soon as he took over, Abraham put together a to-do list and gave me advise in fixing the necessary items. He didn't ask me to totally renovate the property. He just asked for changes to make it more appealing to buyers. We turned on the water, gas and electricity, and did some necessary yard work. Since I was in California, he took all initiatives for finding very reasonable priced professionals. It took some time, but when it was fully ready, he hired professional photographers to take pictures and prepare a virtual tour of the property, which he posted on his website and also with other real estate websites. He sent me the link and when I saw the virtual tour, the house stood out. It was beautiful. I told him when my wife see it, she would definitely tell me let's move to Evans, GA. Coincidentally, just after I finished my conversation with Abraham (we call each other by first names), my wife called saying she wanted to move.

After the second open house, we received a better offer. During this entire process we were in daily communication with each other. Abraham Garcia is a very hard-working Realtor. He had our 1960’s 3BD/2BA Ranch-style house under contract within 25 days and closed 30 days later.
